“You should stop telling people to stop working. In the AI era, anyone with a job should be grateful.”
That’s the message I received recently.
And I get it.
We live in a world where surviving feels like an achievement.
Where having a stable job is seen as success — no questions asked.
But what if the real risk isn’t losing your job...
What if it’s losing yourself in a job that was never truly yours?
I’ve seen it over and over — especially in expat professionals 40+ who followed all the “right” steps:
- Get the job.
- Get a nice place to live.
- Keep climbing.
Until one day, they look around and realize:
This life looks right… but feels wrong.
That’s the moment they find me.
Not because they’re lost.
But because they’ve started asking better questions:
- Is this still worth it?
- What do I actually want?
- What would life look like if I stopped making it make sense for everyone else?
And this week, those questions are louder.
In Human Design — the system I use in my coaching — we’re in "GATE 28":
- the energy of purpose,
- risk, and
- challenge.
It’s not about working harder.
It’s about moving in the direction your energy naturally wants to go. — Not against it.
Here’s how I guide that shift:
- Pinpoint what’s off – Get clear on where your energy is leaking
- Discover your design – Learn how you're wired to work, lead, and decide
- Make aligned moves – Build a career that matches your energy, not just your resume
This isn’t mindset fluff.
It’s structured coaching that leads to:
- Higher income
- More confidence
- Work that finally feels like yours
P.S.
