About Alexandru-Daniel Mitu

I did not arrive at this work through a course or a business idea.

I arrived through a diagnosis.

In my twenties I was doing what capable people do: managing, delivering, deciding, producing. I was an IT consultant and project manager, working across Europe and Asia for one of the world's largest retail groups. I was good at solving complex problems. I was reliable. People trusted me.

My body had been sending signals for years.

I had been overriding them for years.

At 28 I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.

I recovered completely. But the question that stayed with me was not about my health. It was about the pattern of decisions that led me there: decisions made from pressure, from expectation, from a version of myself that had learned to perform capability rather than live it.

That question became a methodology.

What I do

I help analytical professionals make clean, integrated decisions... the kind that hold.

Not by giving them more frameworks to think with. But by helping them identify the specific conditions under which they decide well, and rebuild their professional choices around those conditions.

The result is not insight. It is resolution.

One clear direction. No reopening the same question three months later.

The S.O.L.A.R. Decision Method

A five-step system for high-stakes decisions.

S · See — Clarify the real decision and remove noise.

O · Optimise — Eliminate the pressure and energy leaks that distort judgment.

L · Levels — Resolve the internal conflicts that stall or sabotage choices.

A · Assumptions — Test the beliefs that are silently shaping your options.

R · Result — Integrate the decision so it holds and you stop reopening it.

This is decision intelligence, not identity work.

Who I work with

Professionals between 30 and 50 who are high-functioning, analytical, and privately exhausted by their own decision-making patterns.

People who see multiple valid paths and cannot choose. Who decide, then reopen the same decision weeks later. Who function well externally and overthink everything privately.

People who are ready to stop circling.
