Will AI replace me?

Will AI replace me?

Maybe.
But only after when it starts crying at romance movies,
laughing at bad jokes, and
after swearing in trafic in three languages.

Only after it burns out once or twice.
Only after washing the car right before it rains.
And checks the door three times before leaving the house.

Then maybe, just maybe, it will replace me.
Until then, I’m learning how to direct it.

The Real Threat

AI isn’t the problem.
Our obsession with speed is. You know that.
We’re not being replaced by technology — we’re being replaced by our own inability to slow down.
The real exhaustion comes not from doing too much, but from reacting too fast.

And that’s what I see in coaching too.
After two sessions, hoping life will magically shift overnight.
People on the fast track want a new path, a new sense of purpose, but without investing time, energy, or commitment.
They want results without the process.

But that is not you.
You know that, your growth doesn’t happen in one conversation.
It happens in repetition, integration, response, and the uncomfortable stillness between actions.

Human Design Talk

In Human Design, this pressure has a name: the Root Center.
It’s the body’s natural engine — the inner push to act, survive, and prove.
When it flows naturally, it fuels growth.
When it dominates you, it turns into anxiety disguised as motivation.
The secret isn’t control. It’s rhythm.
Root pressure isn’t about doing more.
You also feel that, it’s about moving when it’s time.

A Funny Story About Acting Too Fast

Veronica and Martin were both patients in a mental hospital.
One day Martin jumped into the pool and sank. Veronica jumped in after him and pulled him out.
The head nurse was impressed and said:

“Veronica, I have good news and bad news. The good news: you’re being released — you saved a life, which proves you’re sane. The bad news: Martin hung himself with his bathrobe cord.”

Veronica replied calmly,
“He didn’t hang himself. I hung him up to dry. So… when can I go home?”

Acting fast doesn’t always mean acting right.

The Shift

Stop glorifying pressure.
Stop chasing urgency.
Start listening for timing.
Clarity isn’t found in motion. It’s found in stillness before the move.

The Invitation

AI will never replace human awareness.
But lack of awareness will.

If you’ve already taken one step toward change and stopped — start again.
Transformation isn’t instant. It’s cumulative.
