...not just "I need a vacation" tired.

...not just "I need a vacation" tired.
black mask or shadow work.

At 28, I had a job many now would dream of.

Respect. Purpose. A solid pay-check. A good and suportive team.

And yet... something in me was tired. But not just "I need a vacation" tired. It was the kind of tired that doesn't go away with sleep or rest. A quiet, deep exhaustion that whispered:

"You’re not being honest with yourself."

Back then, I didn’t know how to listen to whispers.

I only knew how to push harder, do more, stay nice, stay strong. That’s what I thought self-worth was.

Until my body slowed me down. Again.

And this time, I started listening.

Here’s what I found: I have an undefined Heart Center.... aka EGO Center.

In Human Design, the Heart Center is about willpower, value, self-worth, and promises.

When this center is defined, it’s consistent. The person knows what they want, what they’re worth, and when they say, “I’ll do it”—they mean it.

But mine? It’s open, undefined, equal inconsistent energy.

Which means I’ve spent a lifetime trying to prove myself. To show I was reliable. Valuable. Deserving. I thought I had to earn my right to rest. To say no. To be loved.

It took time—and deep honesty—to see this.

I said yes when I meant no.
I overdelivered without being asked.
I worked weekends to prove I was “enough.”

All because I couldn’t feel my own value unless someone else reflected it back.

But that’s the not-self talking.

Now, I work with others who feel this too.

People who are tired of proving.
People who keep promises that drain them.
People who wonder why, no matter how much they do—it’s never quite enough.

If that’s you, here's a gentle reminder:

Your worth isn’t in how much you deliver.
You don’t need a title, a promise, or a trophy to be valuable.
And sometimes, the strongest thing you can say is: “No.”
For those with an undefined Ego center, you’re not here to prove anything.

You’re here to feel the value of life—moment by moment—not chase it.

And the truth is, you can’t prove your worth.

Because you don’t need to.
Because you don't have the constant energy to do it.

If this resonates, or if you're curious to explore this part of yourself, let’s connect.

I'm building something beautiful for those who are ready to listen—not to their pressure—but to their presence.
