Most people can’t hear their truth… because their gut is lying.
That’s not mindset.
That’s mechanics.
And if you ignore it, you’ll keep mistaking pressure for purpose.
In 1959, German Minister Gerhard Schröder wrote a letter that modern medicine buried.
He’d watched “terminal” patients recover:
- no surgery,
- no chemo
just biofermented foods and respect for the body’s rhythm.
He ended with a warning that still applies to every high-performer I coach today:
“You either work with Nature — or lose.”
I'm in the world of coaching for 31 years.
I’ve seen people who know exactly what to do… but can’t move.
Their minds are sharp.
Their energy is chaos.
Here’s the truth nobody talks about:
You can’t align with your purpose if your digestion is inflamed.
The Sacral Mechanics
In Human Design, that inner engine is called the Sacral Center — the body’s pure response system.
It doesn’t think.
It responds.
It hums:
- “uh-huh” for what’s correct
- “uh-uh” for what’s not.
But when your gut is overloaded—stress, stimulants, suppression—
the Sacral’s frequency distorts.
Your "yes" becomes pressure.
Your "no" becomes guilt.
That’s not intuition failing — it’s your body refusing to move without truth.
That’s biology begging for clarity.
I used this solution myself.
Not as a wellness hack — as an experiment in honesty.
I stopped forcing energy through caffeine and deadlines.
Started listening to the gut’s timing.
When you restore the gut, you restore your response.
- Fermented foods
- sourdough,
- kefir,
- sourdough bread
- true bioferments.
About energy:
Don’t force the rise. Wait for the response.
Because clarity isn’t mental.
It’s microbial.
It’s mechanical.
It’s timing.
Stop fighting your body for control.
Feed what’s alive in you—
and your real “yes” will finally be audible.
P.S.
When the form is respected, awareness can emerge.
When the form is distorted, the mind takes over.
