“How did you manage to get through everything negative in your life?”

I didn’t.

Not in the way people like to hear it.

I didn’t meditate the pain away.
I didn’t visualize my future self on a yacht on lake Zug.
I didn’t “just stay positive.”
You know a lot about this piece of advice.

I got through it by getting brutallly honest with myself.

And let’s dig is with this word: "everything", "everything negative in life".

I didn’t “solve” everything.
And I’m not sure anyone really does.
Even today, I’m considering working with a new young woman coach from Canada. I’m in the middle of deciding whether to book a short-term program or jump directly into something long-term.

Why?
Because the work doesn’t stop.
Because clarity isn’t permanent.
And because when life gets real again—I get help. Again.

So no, I didn’t get through everything.
But I’ve gotten through a hell of a lot. And not because I was strong or “positive.”

I got through by refusing to lie to myself.

  • I stopped smiling when I wanted to scream.
  • I stopped pretending mindset was enough.
  • And I started asking better questions—like “Who can walk beside me while I figure this out?”

Here’s what most people won’t admit:

  • I needed people. A lot of them.
  • I worked with therapists, energy workers, alternative healers.
  • I sat in real shadow work. Not journaling. Not cute workshops. The real stuff, with a lot of crying.
  • I trusted plant medicine to take me places logic never could.
  • I got coaching from everyone—from top names like Tolly Burkan’s students (Gratian Sonu and Tony Robbins), to people who were just one step ahead of me in health, wealth, or emotional clarity.
  • I said yes to anyone who had something I hadn’t mastered yet.
  • I didn’t care about the brand. I cared about the result.
  • I needed tools. I needed frameworks. I needed people who had done the work. And I kept going back—again and again—because life keeps evolving.

So no, I didn’t “conquer” negativity.
I learned how to move with it instead of being crushed by it.

Want to know the turning point?

I stopped trusting my mind.
That little voice convincing you to stay in your head?
It’s the same one that got you stuck in the first place.

You can’t think your way to truth.
You have to feel your way there:

  • Through the body.
  • Through response.
  • Through aligned action.

That’s what we call “Authority” in Human Design Psychology.
It means your truth isn’t in your thoughts. It’s in your energy.
That’s the difference between more thinking... and actual progress.

Still trying to logic your way through pain?

Stop.
